We are thrilled to invite you to a remarkable event hosted by Vegan-Wise and Komunitea, where culinary artistry meets sustainable indulgence. Mark your calendars for Friday, 2nd June 2023, as we embark on a journey of exquisite flavors, live music, and mindful dining.

Led by our talented chef Nikita, Vegan-Wise is dedicated to bringing seasonal, plant-based food to the table. Inspired by the incredible local producers of Braunton and guided by Ayurvedic principles and gut health, our menus are crafted with love and passion.

As a long-term IBS sufferer, Nikita's personal journey has fueled her commitment to creating meals that are not only delicious but also supportive of your well-being and this glorious planet.

As the clock strikes 6:30, we will commence our dinner service, unveiling a thoughtfully curated three-course menu that promises to transport your taste buds to new heights of delight.

We believe that good food should be accompanied by good company and good drinks. That's why we are excited to offer you a complimentary glass of locally brewed kombucha by Komunitea, with your meal.

But that's not all! To elevate the ambiance and add a touch of harmony to the evening, we have arranged for live music that will enchant your senses and create an unforgettable backdrop for your culinary adventure. The music will be provided by Eirian a local classical guitar composer, straight out of the Royal Academy of Music... Yes, we are very lucky!

We are so delighted to be partnering with Komunitea for this event. A local gem that shares our commitment to sustainability. Their selection of Kombucha will be available at the event, allowing you to experience the rich foraged flavors of our region.

Now, let's tantalize your taste buds with a glimpse of our menu:

The Starter: let's kick off this adventure with our Bruschetta on toasted buckwheat flatbread, accompanied by a delightful fennel and mint salad. This appetizer celebrates the bounty of the season, showcasing the vibrant flavors of our locally sourced produce.

The Main: Embark on a taste adventure with our Indonisain-inspired Gado Gado Bowl. It features a tantalizing combination of flavors, including a Komunitea Kombucha pickled rainbow slaw, crispy maple tempeh, quinoa, sprouted mung salsa, peanut satay dressing, and a fresh herb garnish. To complement this masterpiece, we present a kombucha pickled radish and cucumber gazpacho.

The Dessert: Indulge your sweet tooth with our Coconut Rice Pudding topped with a heavenly combination of coconut, berry, and ginger sorbet. This divine treat is the perfect way to conclude your dining experience, offering a delightful blend of textures and flavors.
