With over 10 years of experience in the retreat space, we understand how important food is to the overall experience. Whether it’s a yoga or spiritual retreat, a surf or outdoor adventure, or something in between, the food needs to support the rhythm, energy, and intention of the retreat.
We create menus that are nourishing, balanced, and deeply satisfying — designed to keep guests energised, grounded, and well-fed throughout their stay. From lighter, cleansing meals that align with more spiritual practices, to heartier, abundant dishes for active retreats where guests are expending more energy, everything is thoughtfully considered.
Our cooking is rooted in seasonal, wholefood ingredients, with a strong focus on supporting gut health and overall wellbeing. While the food is always plant-based, it’s designed for everyone — including those who may not usually eat this way. We take pride in creating meals that feel generous, comforting, and genuinely enjoyable for all guests.

Get to Know Chef Nikita
Vegan-Wise is led by Nikita, a self-taught chef shaped by time spent in ashrams, retreat kitchens, and wellness spaces around the world. Her plant-based, wholefoods cooking is built for groups with varied needs, deeply nourishing, full of flavour, and offered with the same care as everything else on retreat.
