Hey, lovely foodies! I'm absolutely buzzing with excitement to announce that I'll be collaborating with Bude Street Kitchen for a delicious evening dedicated to locally sourced plant-based cuisine.


It's happening on Saturday, December 14, 2024, and I really cant wait!. This pop-up is bringing vibrant, delicious vegan food right to the heart of Bude, and hopefully to your tastebuds.


Why Pop-Ups? Why Vegan? Let's Dive In:

I love pop-ups because they offer a unique, temporary stage for me to share my passion for vegan cuisine with new audiences in a fun, engaging way. They're perfect for introducing the vibrant, delicious possibilities of plant-based eating without a long-term commitment. Through these pop-ups, I get the incredible opportunity to put my philosophy on a plate in front of you. It allows us to embark on a culinary adventure together, enjoying and learning about the power of plant-based eating in a festive, communal atmosphere. It's about showing how vegan food can be vibrant, delicious, and deeply satisfying.


My Love for Local, Seasonal Produce:

One of my greatest joys is using seasonal produce sourced from local farms. This practice not only supports our hardworking farmers but also ensures that the ingredients in your meals are at their peak of freshness and flavour. Each dish at this pop-up will celebrate these ingredients, telling a story of our community's rich agricultural tapestry through every bite.

What’s on the Menu?

Here’s a sneak peek at my thoughtfully crafted three-course meal:

  • Starter: Smoked Garlic & Mushroom Soup, a creamy blend that highlights mushrooms picked from our local woods.

  • Main Course: Soba Noodles with Crunchy Marinated Tofu and Pickled Local Vegetables wrapped in Nori Rice Paper, drizzled with a tahini and peanut sauce, accompanied by a smashed cucumber, sesame, and chilli salad, and a roasted cabbage and ginger slaw.

  • Dessert: Brownie Balls dipped in dark chocolate and a zesty raspberry ganache.

This event is more than just eating—it’s about learning, sharing, and enjoying food that feeds the soul and respects the planet. Whether you're a seasoned vegan or curious about plant-based eating, this night is for you. Together, we’ll explore how simple, sustainable choices can lead to delicious outcomes.

Tickets are £35, including a full three-course meal. Drinks are available for purchase at the bar. Space is limited, so grab your tickets soon!
