    What’s your professional background?
    I have been working as a nutrition-based chef/ teacher for the last few years- teaching people how to turn their kitchens into their nourishment centre and happy place. I have also spent the last few years building vegan and gut-friendly menus for restaurants, cafes, retreats and individuals.
